— Careers

Senior people.
Sharper tools.
Better work.

We're hiring practitioners who use AI like a great instrument — and refuse to let it ship anything that isn't theirs to be proud of.

— How we work

01

Senior, embedded, accountable.

We don't pyramid. Everyone here ships. If you want to manage spreadsheets full-time, this isn't it.

02

AI is leverage, not a license to coast.

We expect you to use the tools — and to know when the model is wrong. Taste is the job.

03

Less deck, more work.

We'd rather make the thing than present the thing we'd like to make. Bring receipts, not theatrics.

04

Honest about hours.

Sustainable pace. Real PTO. We don't celebrate burnout and we don't reward it.

05

Brave enough to be wrong.

We value — and celebrate — failure. New processes, weird ideas, untested tools: we'd rather try ten and kill nine than ship the safe one. Smart failures get applause, written up, and shared. The only mistake we don't celebrate is the one nobody learned from.

06

Partner, not vendor.

Every client gets the partner treatment — $5k engagement or $5M, doesn't matter. We bring the next idea before it's asked for, flag the thing nobody wants to flag, and stay in the work between the meetings. If you treat clients like ticket-takers, you'll struggle here.

— How we pay

We pay for human judgment.

Most agencies still price people the way they did in 1998 — years of experience, headcount under you, the logo on your last business card, how loud you were in the room. Most of that is ego dressed up as criteria.

What we actually pay for is judgment. The decision to kill the second-best idea. The instinct to stop a model before it ships something average. The taste to know when a clever line is just clever, and when it's the line. Knowing when AI helps and when it gets in the way.

No tenure premiums. No title inflation. No bonus for managing the biggest team. Comp is set by the quality of the calls you make and the work that ships under your name — reviewed openly, twice a year, against the same bar for everyone.

If you've spent a career being underpaid because you were too senior to be cheap and too independent to be promoted — you'll like it here.

— Pay transparency

Pay is posted. The gap is capped.

Every role lists its real comp range — base, profit share, the whole thing. Not "competitive." Not "DOE." The actual number, before you spend an hour on a screening call.

No one at NotAll.ai earns more than 2x the next-highest-paid person. Ever. The ratio between the top of our comp band and the bottom is capped at 200%. When the top moves up, the bottom moves with it. When the bottom can't move, the top doesn't either.

Why: nobody here is worth ten of anybody else. The work is collective. The pay should reflect that.

— How we're organized

Mostly flat. Deliberately porous.

There's clear ownership on every project — one name on the work, one person accountable for the call. But the structure around it is flat. No layers of approvers. No "managers of managers." Everyone is responsible for the output, not just their square on the org chart.

Roles blend on purpose. Strategists sit in creative reviews. Engineers weigh in on copy. PR reads the analytics. We brainstorm openly across teams, without rank or judgment, because the best idea almost never comes from the person you'd expect.

If you need a tall hierarchy to feel important, you'll be miserable here. If you've been waiting for a place where the strongest argument wins regardless of title — welcome.

Open roles.
