— Manifesto

Not all of it
should be AI.

Seven things we believe about AI, agencies, and what good marketing actually looks like in 2026.

I.

Not all of it should be AI.

There's a reason we're called NotAll. The most valuable parts of any engagement — strategy, taste, judgment, relationships — are still better when a human owns them. Use AI for what it's great at. Don't use it for what it isn't.

II.

Hide nothing about how we work.

Other agencies use AI and bill you like they don't. We use AI and tell you exactly where. Transparency is a competitive moat now.

III.

The iron triangle is over.

Fast, cheap, quality — pick two — was a useful constraint when humans had to do everything by hand. They don't anymore. Refusing to acknowledge that is malpractice.

IV.

Models don't have taste. We do.

A model will happily make 200 logos. It cannot tell you which one to ship. That call is still a person's job. We staff for the call, not the generation.

V.

Senior people, on the work, every day.

No bait-and-switch staffing. The people who pitched the work make the work. AI lets us keep teams small, sharp, and senior.

VI.

Compounding beats launching.

The launch is a milestone, not a finish line. We're built to operate alongside your team for months and years, not vanish after the deck.

VII.

We aim for really good, not perfect.

We're not a 100-hands-on-deck, white-glove agency that polishes every pixel for six weeks and bills you for it. We're faster, more affordable, and still very effective. Sometimes a traditional shop will out-fuss us on a single deliverable. More often, we'll ship three excellent things in the time they shipped one immaculate thing — and the work in market will be better for it. If "flawless or nothing" is the bar, we're not your agency. If "really good, shipped, learning" is the bar, we're a great fit.

That's it. That's the whole thing.
Now let's go make something.
