01

— They came to us with

The challenge.

Atlas had the technology, the customers, and the traction — but their brand still read as a university spin-out. Investors asked the same skeptical questions every meeting. Enterprise buyers needed a story that matched the trajectory. Recruiting was hard.

02

— So we scoped out

The approach.

Three phases, one team. No handoffs between strategy, creative, and execution.

  1. A — Category & narrative

Defined the category Atlas was actually building, named it, and built a narrative the CEO and CRO could both deliver in their sleep.

  2. B — Identity & system

New visual identity, full brand guidelines, sales deck system, and recruiting site — designed for enterprise, not academia.

  3. C — Rollout

Phased internal launch, customer-facing relaunch, and an analyst briefing tour to seed the new positioning before the C round.

03

— And we transformed

Their business.

Atlas closed a $120M Series C with the new positioning baked into investor materials. Enterprise pipeline grew 71%. Inbound applications more than doubled — including hires they'd been chasing for over a year.

The brand finally caught up to the company.

— What we set out to do

  • Reposition for enterprise and capital markets
  • Develop a category-defining narrative
  • Roll out new identity across sales and recruiting
